Η Μονάδα Συμβάσεων Στρατηγικής Σημασίας (PPF) του ΤΑΙΠΕΔ ορίστηκε από την Κυβερνητική Επιτροπή του ν. 4799/2021 ως αρμόδια για την ωρίμανση και την υλοποίηση της Δράσης «Ανακαίνιση του Ολυμπιακού Αθλητικού Κέντρου Αθηνών (Ο.Α.Κ.Α) » RRF 16932, αρμοδιότητας του Υπουργείου Παιδείας, Θρησκευμάτων και Πολιτισμού.
Το έργο υλοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του Εθνικού Σχεδίου Ανάκαμψης και Ανθεκτικότητας «Ελλάδα 2.0» με τη χρηματοδότηση της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης –NextGenerationEU. Στο πλαίσιο της ανωτέρω δράσης, το Ταμείο, λειτουργώντας κατ’ εντολή, στο όνομα και για λογαριασμό του δικαιούχου, διενεργεί το διαγωνισμό σύμφωνα με τα οριζόμενα στο άρθρο 5Β του ν. 3986/2011 για την ανάθεση του έργου «Επιλογή αναδόχου με αξιολόγηση μελέτης κατασκευής του έργου με τίτλο: «Δομικές αποκαταστάσεις και ενισχύσεις κολυμβητικών δεξαμενών του Ολυμπιακού Αθλητικού Κέντρου Αθηνών (Ο.Α.Κ.Α.)», με Αναθέτουσα Αρχή το Ολυμπιακό Αθλητικό Κέντρο Αθηνών “Σπύρος Λούης”, ΝΠΙΔ.
Η διαγωνιστική διαδικασία είναι ανοικτή και θα διενεργηθεί με χρήση του Ε.Σ.Η.ΔΗ.Σ. (συστημικός αριθμός 209207) (Διαδικτυακή Πύλη: www.promitheus.gov.gr).
Η καταληκτική ημερομηνία υποβολής των προσφορών είναι η 30/09/2024, ημέρα Δευτέρα και ώρα 11:00 π.μ.

Τhe newly appointed independent operational unit of HRADF namely the Project Preparation Facility (PPF) unit was appointed by the Governmental Committee of Projects of Strategic Importance of Law 4799/2021, to mature, execute the tender process, and supervise the implementation phase of the “Renovation & Restoration of the Athens Olympics Sports Centre (OAKA)” (RRF 16932), under the Ministry of Education and Sports.
The project is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” with funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU. In the context of the afore noted action, the PPF unit, acting by order, in the name and on behalf of the beneficiary, duly conducts the tender process in accordance with the provisions of article 5B of Law 3986/2011 for the contract award particularly in regards to the Project RE “Structural Repair and Reinforcement Works of the Athens Olympics Sports Centre O.A.K.A.swimming pool basins” whereby the Athens Olympics Sports Centre (OAKA) is the designated contracting authority (Project Beneficiary).
The said open tender process shall be duly conducted via the National System of Electronic Public Contracts (namely Ε.Σ.Η.ΔΗ.Σ.).
